ABOUT ME

I started my health journey as a patient at an Integrative Health clinic in South Jersey. Here I was introduced to Autonomic Response Testing and the other teachings of Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt. I was so intrigued by ART that I decided to attend a workshop to learn more about it. At this first workshop my conceptions of health, the human body, and even the universe itself were shattered. I learned about the role of quantum physics in biology and nature and how we can use these phenomena to interact with the body in brand new ways. I ended up attending many more workshops, taught by Dr. Marc Schwartz and Dr. Klinghardt himself.

After seeing the benefits of ART, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. After graduating, I spent just under two years working under Drs. Nick Carruthers and Nicole Rivera at their facility, Integrative Wellness Group, formerly in Belmar, New Jersey. During this time I learned Integrative Response Testing, which is Dr. Nick’s version of Dr. Klinghardt’s ART. For most of my time at IWG I was the primary IRT tester, testing hundreds of patients at multiple points during their care. I also worked as an Integrative Medicine Practitioner, directly overseeing many patients’ plans of care.

During my time at IWG, I also collaborated with Dr. Nick to refine the IRT method, and together we taught multiple workshops for other practitioners.

I have a passion for teaching people the WHY behind their symptoms and helping them understand HOW the strategies I recommend will help them progress toward their goals.
